沼氣生物脫硫前端的預(yù)處理技術(shù)

1.當(dāng)產(chǎn)氣原料為畜禽糞便、餐廚垃圾、垃圾滲濾液等能產(chǎn)生灰塵的沼氣之前，應(yīng)做沼氣除塵預(yù)處理，預(yù)處理設(shè)備有洗氣塔(濕式)、除塵塔（干式）。
1. Before the raw materials for gas production are livestock manure, kitchen waste, landfill leachate and other biogas that can produce dust, biogas dust removal pretreatment shall be carried out. The pretreatment equipment includes gas washing tower (wet) and dust removal tower (dry).
2.生物脫硫的水源如果是地下水等含鹽量較大時(shí)，應(yīng)對(duì)自來水增設(shè)軟化水裝置。

3.當(dāng)預(yù)處理沼氣中帶有大量的氨氣時(shí)，如甲方要求處理時(shí)，可在濕式洗氣系統(tǒng)中的循環(huán)水中宜放適當(dāng)?shù)柠}酸或硫酸，酸性循環(huán)水可以吸收氨氣，當(dāng)洗氣系的循環(huán)水接近飽和時(shí)，應(yīng)及時(shí)排掉，換循環(huán)水。
3. When there is a large amount of ammonia in the pretreated biogas, if Party A requires treatment, appropriate hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid can be put into the circulating water in the wet gas washing system, and the acidic circulating water can absorb ammonia. When the circulating water of the gas washing system is close to saturation, it should be discharged in time and replaced with circulating water.
4.當(dāng)預(yù)處理沼氣溫度在40度以上時(shí)，沼氣在生物脫硫前，應(yīng)做降溫處理。降溫下降到35度以下為宜。
4. When the temperature of pretreated biogas is above 40 ℃, the biogas shall be cooled before biological desulfurization. The temperature should drop below 35 degrees.
5.當(dāng)預(yù)處理沼氣的壓力小于3Kpa時(shí)，沼氣在生物脫硫之前，應(yīng)對(duì)沼氣進(jìn)行增壓，增壓到3kpa以上。
5. When the pressure of pretreated biogas is less than 3kpa, the biogas shall be pressurized to more than 3kpa before biological desulfurization.
