脫硫工藝主要包括5個部分：吸收劑制備與補充；吸收劑漿液噴淋；塔內(nèi)霧滴與煙氣接觸混合；再生池漿液還原鈉基堿；石膏脫水處理。

采用鍛鋼爐的煙氣經(jīng)換熱降溫到≤200℃，經(jīng)煙道從塔底進(jìn)入脫硫塔。在脫硫塔內(nèi)布置若干層數(shù)十支噴嘴，噴出細(xì)微液滴霧化均布于脫硫塔溶積內(nèi)，煙氣與噴淋脫硫液進(jìn)行充分汽液混合接觸，使煙氣中SO2和灰塵被脫硫液充分吸收、反應(yīng)，達(dá)到脫塵除SO2的目的。經(jīng)脫硫洗滌后的凈煙氣經(jīng)塔頂除霧器脫水，經(jīng)脫硫塔上部進(jìn)入煙囪排入大氣。

Several layers of ten nozzles are arranged in the desulfurization tower, and the atomization of fine droplets is uniformly distributed in the dissolution of the desulfurization tower. The flue gas is fully mixed with the spray desulfurization liquid, so that SO2 and dust in the flue gas are fully absorbed and reacted by the desulfurization liquid, so as to achieve the purpose of dust removal and SO2 removal. The net flue gas after desulfurization and washing is dehydrated by the tower top demister, and then enters the chimney through the upper part of the desulfurization tower and is discharged into the atmosphere.
脫硫循環(huán)液經(jīng)塔內(nèi)氣液接觸除SO2后，經(jīng)塔底管道流入沉淀池在此將灰塵沉淀下來，清液經(jīng)上部溢進(jìn)入反應(yīng)再生池，在池內(nèi)與石灰乳液制備槽引來的石灰乳進(jìn)行再生反應(yīng)，再生液流入泵前循環(huán)槽補入Na2CO3，由泵打入脫硫塔頂脫除SO2循環(huán)使用。其中再生產(chǎn)出的CaSO3及煙氣中過剩氧生成的CaSO4于沉淀池中沉淀分離。

The clear liquid overflows into the reaction regeneration tank through the upper part, and regenerates with the lime milk introduced from the lime lotion preparation tank in the tank. The regenerated liquid flows into the circulating tank in front of the pump to supplement Na2CO3, and is pumped into the desulfurization tower top to remove SO2 for recycling. CaSO3 produced by regeneration and CaSO4 produced by excess oxygen in flue gas are precipitated and separated in the sedimentation tank.
