沼氣在脫硫塔內(nèi)流動的方向可分為兩種。一種是沼氣自下而動，為了防止冷凝水沉積在塔頂部而使脫硫劑受濕，通?？稍陧敳棵摿騽┥箱佉欢ê穸鹊乃楣杷徜X纖維或其他多孔性填料，將冷凝水阻隔。另一種是氣流自上而下流動，塔內(nèi)產(chǎn)生的冷凝水都聚積在塔底部，可通過排污閥定期排除。脫硫塔底部應設置排污閥門和沼氣安全泄壓等裝置。
