從開采的天然氣的污水中分離得到一株噬硫菌株，為耐高溫堿性噬硫菌，我們記作LYJ-001，菌落微小、淡黃色或白黃色，延長培養(yǎng)時間，中心呈現紅褐色，細胞呈桿（0.2~0.4μm*1.1~1.3μm），能在含碳酸鹽、碳酸氫鹽、硫化物、硫代硫酸鹽的培養(yǎng)基中生長，以CO2為碳源，以銨鹽或硝酸鹽為氮源。該生物菌為適宜的培養(yǎng)條件：溫度為20-55℃，pH值為7.0~9.0，搖床轉速為150r/min，在此條件下進行培養(yǎng)計數，知其時代時間為22h。
A sulfur phage strain was isolated from the wastewater of natural gas extraction, which is a high-temperature resistant alkaline sulfur phage strain. We refer to it as LYJ-001. The colony is small, light yellow or white yellow, and the culture time is extended. The center appears reddish brown, and the cells are rod-shaped (0.2-0.4) μ M * 1.1~1.3 μ m) It can grow in media containing carbonates, bicarbonates, sulfides, and thiosulfates, using CO2 as the carbon source and ammonium or nitrate as the nitrogen source. The suitable cultivation conditions for this biological bacterium are: temperature of 20-55 ℃, pH value of 7.0-9.0, shaking table speed of 150r/min. Under these conditions, the culture count is carried out, and the age time is determined to be 22 hours.
按濕法脫硫液的配制方法配置脫硫液，并人為的加入硫代硫酸鈉和硫化鐵，同時調節(jié)該細菌濃度為58mg/mL以后，進行再生研究，經過10h，脫硫液有害成分硫代硫酸鈉和硫化鐵的含量分別減少了18.75g/L（減少率17.21%）和1.2g/L（減少率85.45%），并產生單質硫。該研究為綠源環(huán)保生物離子液脫硫的再生提供了很好的技術支持。

At the same time, adjust the bacterial concentration to 58mg/mL for regeneration research. After 10 hours, the harmful components of sodium thiosulfate and iron sulfide in the desulfurization solution were reduced by 18.75g/L (a reduction rate of 17.21%) and 1.2g/L (a reduction rate of 85.45%), respectively, and elemental sulfur was produced. This study provides excellent technical support for the regeneration of green source environmentally friendly bio ionic liquid desulfurization.
