厭氧發(fā)酵罐是指有機物質（畜禽糞便、秸稈、污泥垃圾等）在一定水分、溫度和厭氧條件下，通過各類微生物的分解代謝，形成甲烷和二氧化碳等可燃性混合氣體—沼氣的過程。
