氣脫硫劑是一種安裝在沼氣凈化調(diào)壓器中脫硫器瓶內(nèi)的顆粒狀物質(zhì)。它的作用是除去從沼氣池中輸送來的沼氣中的硫化氫氣體，硫化氫氣體具有臭雞蛋味，通過脫硫劑吸收過濾就可去掉這種臭味，變成真正的沼氣燃料。否則，含有硫化氫氣體的沼氣燒飯燃燒后硫化氫將會變成二氧化硫氣體不但對人體有害而且在炒菜、點(diǎn)燈時還能聞到刺鼻二氧化硫氣味，對人的器官造成危害，污染空氣，還會腐蝕沼氣灶、炊具等，所以，要及時更換脫硫劑是正確使用沼氣的重要措施。

　　Gas desulfurizer is a granular substance installed in the desulfurizer bottle of the biogas purification regulator. Its function is to remove hydrogen sulfide gas from the biogas transported from the biogas digester. Hydrogen sulfide gas has a foul egg odor, which can be removed by absorption and filtration of desulfurizers, and becomes real biogas fuel. 　　更換方法是：沼氣脫硫劑使用6個月，必須更換。首先關(guān)閉沼氣凈化調(diào)壓器開關(guān)，打開沼氣凈化調(diào)壓器外殼，將裝有脫硫劑的脫硫器瓶的輸氣管取下來，打開脫硫器瓶，將變色的脫硫劑倒出來，換上新的脫硫劑約1公斤（瓶口和瓶蓋內(nèi)要用布擦干凈，防止漏氣），重新安裝好脫硫器瓶，蓋上沼氣凈化調(diào)控器外殼。

　　The replacement method is: the biogas desulfurizer must be replaced after 6 months of use. Firstly, turn off the switch of the biogas purification regulator, open the outer shell of the biogas purification regulator, remove the gas pipeline of the desulfurizer bottle containing desulfurizer, open the desulfurizer bottle, pour out the discolored desulfurizer, replace it with about 1 kilogram of new desulfurizer (wipe the bottle mouth and cap with a cloth to prevent air leakage), reinstall the desulfurizer bottle, and cover the outer shell of the biogas purification regulator.

　　更換下的脫硫劑還可再使用，方法是：將更換下來的脫硫劑先除去碎沫，再把顆粒型劑放在陰涼、通風(fēng)、干燥處2-4天，等到脫硫劑的顏色變成褐色，用塑料袋密封起來，不要受潮、曝曬、壓碎，等下次更換使用。換下來的脫硫劑最多只能再用兩次，但再次使用時間只能在3-4個月。

　　The replaced desulfurizer can still be reused. The method is to remove the foam from the replaced desulfurizer first, and then place the granular agent in a cool, ventilated, and dry place for 2-4 days. Wait until the color of the desulfurizer turns brown, seal it with a plastic bag, and do not let it get damp, exposed to sunlight, or crushed. Wait until the next replacement. The replaced desulfurizer can only be reused twice at most, but the reuse time can only be 3-4 months.
